.SYNOPSIS...A high pres ridge just W of the region will remain
nearly stationary tonight, then drift SE across the waters Tue
and Tue night. A weak cold front will pass E through the waters
late Tue night and Wed. A ridge W of the area on Wed will persist
through Thu night before moving E across the region Fri and Fri
night. Low pres NW of the area on Fri night will pull a cold
front E across the waters Sat and Sat night.
