.SYNOPSIS...Post-Tropical Cyclone Jose was centered near 39N 66W,
or about 190 nm SE of Nantucket at 2 AM EDT early this morning
with maximum winds around 25 kt just to the W and SE of the
center. Post-Tropical Cyclone Jose will remain nearly stationary
today, and then dissipate tonight or early Mon. Also, S to SE 
swell from Hurricane Maria will impact the area today into Thu 
night. Hurricane Maria will approach from the S today into 
tonight, and is expected to be near 31.2N 73.1W at 2PM EDT Mon, 
32.1N 73.2W at 2 AM Tue, 34N 73.5W at 2 AM Wed, turn toward the 
NE and reach a position near 35N 72.5W at 2 AM Thu, and to near 
36N 69W at 2 AM Fri. Please refer to the latest National 
Hurricane Center advisory for Hurricane Maria. Otherwise, a weak 
high pres ridge over the S and central waters will dissipate 
today. A cold front will move over the NW portion Thu night.
