.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
Weak low pressure will remain over the region into tonight, then
lift north-northeast as a cold front approaches. The cold front
will reach the Kauai waters late Tuesday into Tuesday night, then
continue down the island chain through midweek.
Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-
.TODAY THROUGH Monday...Winds variable 5 to 15 knots. Wind waves
2 to 5 feet. Northwest swell 5 to 6 feet. Isolated showers.
.MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT...Winds variable 5 to 15
knots. Wind waves 2 to 4 feet. Northwest swell 8 feet. Haze.
Showers likely and slight chance of thunderstorms.
.WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY...North winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind waves
3 to 6 feet. North swell 7 to 8 feet. Showers likely and slight
chance of thunderstorms Wednesday.
