Cloudy skies with areas of drizzle persisted into the evening 
hours across eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas. High 
temperatures today reached into the middle 40s, to the lower 50s.
At 8pm, winds were light and variable. Temperatures ranged from 
45 degrees in Bartlesville, to 49 degrees in Fort Smith.
Dreary and damp conditions will continue overnight, with cloudy
skies and areas of drizzle and fog. Skies should gradually clear
from west to east during the day tomorrow, allowing temperatures
to warm above normal for mid December, with highs reaching into
the 60s across much of the area. Warmer temperatures will persist
through the work week, with a cool down expected Friday.
Additional chances for precipitation will develop Tuesday into
Wednesday as a low pressure system passes across the Southern
Plains.
Low temperatures tonight, will range from the upper 30s, to the
middle 40s area wide.
High temperatures tomorrow, will range from the upper 50s across 
portions of northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas, to the 
middle 60s across southeast Oklahoma and west central Arkansas.
