PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Safety Message...Do not drive into flooded areas. Shallow flowing 
water can wash a car from the roadway. Also, the roadbed may be 
washed out under the water.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Neosho River Near Neosho Rapids.
* until Wednesday afternoon.
* At  8:31 PM Monday the stage was 22.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 23.3 feet by 
  Tuesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage Tuesday 
  evening.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet...Water overtops Road 145 on the west side of 
  the bridge over the Neosho River.
