.DISCUSSION...Thunderstorms will continue to be the main weather
concern for today as well as for Tuesday. Storms will continue a
similar pattern, forming in southwest MT/central ID each afternoon
and progressing northward into west-central/northwest MT each
evening. Threats continue to be gusty winds, and lightning, with
increasing likelihood of wet storms towards northwest MT. High
pressure builds back into the region Wednesday/Thursday, reducing
the chances of thunderstorms, but returning warm (near record)
temperatures with low humidity and poor RH recoveries on the mid
slopes and ridges. There is potential for increased west wind by
Saturday.
