...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PST MONDAY...
.DISCUSSION...Weakening offshore flow and a very dry airmass will
remain in place over the Creek Fire area today. Winds will remain
offshore through at least Tuesday but at lower speeds than those
observed over the weekend. Very low humidities with very poor
overnight recoveries are expected. Daytime high temperatures will
remain stable in the upper 70's, with overnight lows decreasing
somewhat as the offshore flow weakens.
Widespread elevated fire weather conditions and prolonged very
dry conditions will continue through much of the coming
week...likely through Thursday. Friday into Saturday a shift to
onshore flow will be possible, which would cause slowly recovering
humidities.
