* WHAT...Lake effect snow occurring. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are
  expected through tonight, mainly along and near Route 28. Heavy
  snow accumulation possible late Monday night through late Tuesday
  night.
 
* WHERE...Northern Herkimer and Hamilton Counties.
* WHEN...Through tonight for lake effect snowfall. For the Winter
  Storm Watch, from late Monday night through late Tuesday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times through tonight. Significant reductions in visibility are
  possible Monday night through Tuesday night.

snow is forecast that will make travel difficult in some areas.
