Model Data
At this time, we currently offer weather products produced by the NAM (212), GFS, and Rapid Refresh model with plans to add additional models in the near future.
North American Mesoscale
The NAM is run four times daily at 00Z, 06Z, 12Z and 18Z with charts from 0 to 84 hours at 3-hour intervals. The model produced here is the NAM212, which features 40km resolution. Data is produced by the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP).
Rapid Refresh Model
The Rapid Refresh Model is updated hourly with hourly forecast to 18 hours. Data is produced by the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP).
Global Forecast System
We provide the Global Forecast System 211 grid, which features a 81km double resolution grid. This model is produced 4 times daily at 00Z, 06Z, 12Z and 18Z with forecast hours from 0-180 hours. Data is provided by the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP).
European Center Model
The European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Model (ECMWF) is produced twice daily at 00Z and 12Z; we are provided data to prdouce charts in 24 increments from 0 to 168 hours.
